The challenge
Digital products related to exercise and healthy living are growing more and more. There are all kinds of apps to develop your physical and mental exercise routines.
However, one aspect and trend that has not had as much explanation is the social aspect of exercise. Before the pandemic, our gym routines were fueled by our relationship with the coach and the people around us. Even after the pandemic, we saw how many people connected on Zoom calls to continue exercising surrounded by people.
This is the opportunity that Sisu360 seeks in the Mexican market. Connecting a community around exercise through an engaging and social digital experience.
Identifying the problem
The first step was to identify the problem that the app was trying to solve. This involved researching the target market and understanding their needs and pain points.
For people interested in their physical and mental well-being, who seek to exercise in a personalized and social way, we found out they were looking for a fitness and wellness content service that builds a community around healthy living through varied and quality classes.
We introduce
Sisu
Sisu is a Fitness & Wellness VOD service for people interested in their physical and mental well-being. Through the best content and a new way of connecting around a healthy lifestyle, they seek to exercise in a social and adaptable way to their tastes and needs.
Sisu offers holistic content, a united community, and a unique experience for exercise.
The journey through the channels
Once the problem was identified, user research was conducted to gather more insights and validate the assumptions made during the problem identification stage. This included interviews, surveys, and focus groups with potential users.
We create our first touch point with user designing a website that allows to convert as soon as possible always thinking about downloading the app in order to show the value proposal.
Revenue Streams
We proposed a revenue strategy among other factors that need to be taken into account when Nurture is to be launched on the market.
I helped to define the revenue strategy among other factors that need to be taken into account when Sisu is to be launched on the market. The following options we planning for their business model:
Subscription model
Sisu could offer different subscription plans to its users, each with different levels of access to content and features. Users could pay a monthly or annual fee to access the app. Sisu could offer discounts to users who subscribe for longer periods of time or who pay in advance.
Live or in-person events
Sisu could offer live or in-person events, such as exercise classes or meditation sessions, and charge users a fee to attend. These events could be live-streamed through the Sisu app or website, or they could be in-person events at a specific location. Sisu could promote these events through its app and website, as well as through social media and other marketing platforms.
Personalized coaching programs
Sisu could offer personalized coaching programs to its users, in which each user is assigned a fitness or wellness coach or expert to guide them through a training or healthy lifestyle plan. These programs could include in-person or online coaching sessions, as well as support materials such as training plans or nutrition guides. Sisu could charge an additional fee for these personalized coaching programs."
