Today, financial terminals must face the great challenge of adapting to the new ecosystem in which our users move and being a connection between all points rather than the center of the universe.
Infosel is a relevant competitor in the Mexican Market due to its history. The company has such a legacy thanks to data credibility and public relationship with clients and partners, so this was one of the starting points to build a renewed platform.
Mission
Develop a financial tool that works without interruptions and accompanies users in their day to day.
We planned and ran diverse creative methods to identify areas of opportunity to offer a better quality service to Infosel’s clients. From workshops to card sorting and interviews that allowed us to understand behaviors and user requirements from research insights.
Hypothesis
Starting from studying users and discovering their needs, we work on four axes to ensure that financial terminals reach the next level.
Today, terminals must:
- Adpating to the new dynamic ecosystem.
- Being a connection between all points rather than the center of the universe.
We designed the platform based on a modular architecture. This allows the user to personalize their own boards and have different layers of information and functionalities at every moment.

We design different levels of navigation, which allow you to have the information you want when you need it, and to be as panoramic or as deep as the user requires.

New technological structure optimized to offer a faster product, with more possibilities and safer.
The new Infosel terminal will be available to any device around the world, with fast and streamlined charging.
